Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer; estimated times will be listed on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We currently ship within the United States only, using [USPS / UPS / FedEx – select your carrier]. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.

Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand in the future.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
